Started having problems with our Ecoflow septic system and called the manufacturer who gave me Walters Environmental Services as authorized reps. I spoke with a Walters rep who suggested I reach back out to the manufacturer because I was probably covered under warranty (relatively new system) and could save some money. The next morning, we had Sam from Walters come out to service the alarm. It was a quick fix and no charge thanks to Walters’ suggestion. Every Walters rep was polite, professional, and friendly. They definitely have our business from here out!

First time having a septic tank that needed pumped out and the guy that came out was very nice; he showed me what everything was and how everything works. I believe his name was Justin. But first time experience with them and I had no problems.

Technician Kyle came out today. We had to located the opening to the tank since the previous owner buried it. Kyle could have half-axx the job and attempted to clean it out the 4″ pipe but he went above and beyond to do it right. To our surprise it was solid sludge from top to bottom of the 500 gallon tank. Kyle made sure everything was cleaned and working properly and luckily he did because the pipe to the tank was slightly backed up and needed assistance making it to the tank. What a great first experience! Also the office staff was easy to work with and got us in the same day. Thank you guys!

I was impressed that I was notified by postcard in the mail, by Walters Environmental Services, that my 3-year septic pumping was due, before the township even advised me. The service tech that came for the appt. saw a problem, my tanks being full, and not pushing off to the sand mound. Much longer and it might have backed into the house. He notified the office and a young gentleman by the name of Tim was on scene within 2 hours that same day to rectify the situation. That turnaround time was equally impressive. There were several issues and Tim explained the problems along the way so that I would understand. Before the end of the day, I had a new floater in the tank, and a new alarm in the house. Tim was professional and highly capable. It did entail some expense that afternoon that I wasn’t planning on, but it was the BEST service visit from Walters yet. Everything was taken care of before the close of the day!
Got all my questions answered and it was a smooth and easy process thanks to Scott and Tony.

I had what I thought was going to be a routine tank pumping performed by Justin recently. He was very professional and took the time to speak with me regarding another issue we discovered while pumping the tank. It seems the trees close to the tank have found their way to a water source. Justin was very helpful in getting some pictures of the inside of the tank and spoke with me about some options that Walters Environmental Services can provide to remove the roots and ensure they don’t get in again. Time to make another call.

I was pleased with the professional experience Walters Environmental Services gave to me in taking care of my septic tank maintenance. My technician Kyle called on the way and along with pumping the tanks, found an electrical issue that needed attention. Within an hour another technician, Timmy, appeared and fixed the problem. Oh yes, they also left my property nice and clean!
We loved Jhonna and the older gentleman that was with him today; I didn’t catch his name since my husband was outside with them. Amazing customer service; called yesterday needing pump-out and they came early this morning, called me ahead of time letting me know they were on their way. Walters Environmental Services did a wonderful job pumping my septic tank out. They called when they were on their way, so I knew what time they would be there. The driver was very polite and professional. Their equipment was beautiful and well maintained. They took care of all the paperwork and notified the township that the septic had been pumped which is a requirement by the township. I will be calling them again the next time the septic system is due for pumping. I will also be asking for Justin Page. Justin was very careful on my property and ensured that no sewage was spilled onto the ground. His work was professional, and he took pride in the work he did and the equipment he used. Call them up. They came over here, immediately emptied out my septic tank, and showed me what a manhole cover was cuz I just moved to this house did not know. They probed it, found it, damn good job. Walters Environmental Services was very friendly as well; I would recommend them.
I had a good experience with Walters Environmental Services from start to finish. Was having a problem with the alarm on my septic tank, so I opened the yellow pages and came across their ad. I called them. Explained my situation and they were on it to help me analyze the problem. The next day they were out to pump my tank, and later Tim the plumber diagnosed that my pump had stopped working. Tim was very thorough and explained what he was doing and how things work inside the tank. I would highly recommend them for any of your septic needs.
